Operator Area

	From the operator area, operators can update their profiles and browse through their messages, transcripts, and feedback.
	The operator watch panel displays chat requests and visitors who are browsing your website. This is where operators initiate chats with your visitors.
	The operator chat window offers extended features like drop down lists of stored responses and chat formatting codes. Operators can also see stats on the visitor they are chatting with, including their referrer and search keywords.
