What Does Real Assistant Cost?
Licensing Real Assistant costs $199 for one installation.
Can I Have Multiple Domains?
You can use one Real Assistant license on as many domains as you need
as long as you are linking to the a single installation across all
the domains.
After Purchasing, When Will I Receive The Product?
After your payment has been processed, verified, and accepted, you will
receive an email with a download link.
Is The Software Mailed?
The software is not sent in a physical form. You will obtain the
software by downloading it from your provided download URL or from the
User Network.
Will Real Assistant Work On My Shared Hosting Account?
Yes, Real Assistant has been designed to work with minimal requirements
and therefore should run on your shared Windows hosting account. To see
if your host will support the software, read the
Software Requirements.
Does Real Assistant Work With Sun One/ChiliSoft ASP?
Real Assistant will not work with ASP emulators like Sun ONE ASP,
formerly ChiliSoft ASP, because these solutions do not support all
of the functionality needed for the software to work.
Will Real Assistant Support My Language?
The software allows you to easily change to your language by translating
or replacing a single language file. Common language files like English,
Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish are included. The software does not work
with Arabic or Asian symbol based charsets.
Can I Place The Image/Links On Non-ASP Pages?
Yes, all you need is for Real Assistant to be installed on a
server that supports ASP. From there you can add chat images/links on any
web page and any server.
Can I Brand Real Assistant?
You can easily customize and brand Real Assistant to match your site
or your clients' sites.
Will Real Assistant Work With .NET?
Real Assistant is written in ASP 3, but Microsoft IIS servers that enable
.NET also support ASP 3. This means your .NET hosting account will support
Real Assistant.
